Buy, lease or service a GM vehicle and you earn GM Rewards points whether you were paying attention or not. They come straight off your next service bill. One phone call tells you how many you have.
A point redeems at one cent through GM. Put in terms of a real repair order, that works out like this.
Nothing to look up in advance, nothing to print, no card to dig out of a drawer. You just have to mention it.
Tell the advisor you want to put GM Rewards points against the visit. That is the entire first step.
All the advisor needs is your name and ZIP code, plus either your member number or the last four digits of your GM Rewards Mastercard. We handle the rest.
Apply the whole balance or just part of it. Whatever you use comes off before you pay, and the remainder stays put for next time.
GM holds the points, not the store that issued them, so a balance built up anywhere in the GM family spends here just the same.
Oil changes, brakes, tires, batteries, diagnostics — any customer-paid work that comes through our shop.
GM Genuine and ACDelco parts, plus the accessories catalog — bed liners, floor mats, racks, steps and the rest.
Points can go against a protection plan, whichever coverage, deductible and term suits the miles you actually put on.
A balance can be applied to an eligible new Chevrolet, bought or leased, or to a CarBravo certified used vehicle.
Most OnStar plans accept points, though that one is settled through your GM account rather than at our counter.
Points can be put against a GM Financial account balance, handled directly with GM Financial.
Points redeem on parts and accessories whether you buy them at our counter or through a GM store online. Six of the more common places they go.

Redeeming points does not disqualify you from anything. Take the advertised price, claim whatever rebate applies, then put points against the balance. See what our service department handles.
Joining costs nothing and there is no ceiling on a balance. Points can also be shared with family or friends who are members.
Most points land within a day, though some take as long as 15 days to appear.
Ring the service department on (559) 399-0901, or just raise it at drop-off and we will pull it up while you wait. Bring your name and ZIP code, plus either the member number or the last four digits of your GM Rewards Mastercard.
There is a fair chance you are. Plenty of owners were signed up at purchase or when they set the vehicle's app up, and have been quietly earning since. Ask and we will check. If you are not enrolled we will point you at it — there is no cost to join.
A cent, redeemed through GM. So a 5,000-point balance takes $50 off the visit. GM sets that rate and can revise it, so confirm the current figure with us when you come in.
Only after seven straight years with nothing earned or spent on the account. There is no monthly or yearly clock running against you.
Yes. Points come off what you owe after the special price and any rebate are applied, so nothing cancels anything else out.
No. Use as much or as little as suits you and the remainder stays on the account. Redemptions cannot be reversed once processed, so settle on the amount before we ring it up.
Yes. GM holds the balance rather than the store that issued it, so points earned anywhere in the GM family spend with us.
No. Membership and earning are free and run separately from the card. The Barclays-issued card earns extra points on purchases, but nothing on this page depends on having one.
We help drivers across Sanger, Fresno, Clovis, Malaga, Calwa, Biola, Kerman and Riverdale put their GM Rewards points to work at 1028 Academy Ave — most often on oil changes, brakes, tires and batteries, where points are quietly earned in the first place.
Not sure whether you have any? That is the most common situation, and it takes us a minute to find out. Call the service line, or ask when you next bring your Chevy in. You can also spend them on parts and accessories at the counter.
One phone call and you will know the balance and what it covers on the next visit.
